This role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is looking for a fresh challenge within an established global mobility disruptor. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategy, shaping business evolution, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate with our customers and their data to solve their business challenges. You will have a strong passion for innovation, applying it to advance our upcoming technology enhancements and initiatives. You will also be an outcome- driven professional and will be able to deliver projects from concept to delivery. Experience in client onboarding and/or system activation is highly desirable.
