Mike’s purpose in founding Global Expat Pay is to deliver an innovative and cost-effective way to simplify global mobility data and payments. This in turn digitises the whole global mobility operating model and eliminates the major causes of inefficiency and cost.

He is passionate about unlocking value for his customers and has brought together a team of people whose combined experience and skillset combines a deep knowledge of global mobility operations with how to apply leading edge technologies to transform the way mobility teams function. There has been lots of focus on the strategic reasons for global mobility programmes but hardly any on how to enable the operations to in turn deliver these talent and strategic outcomes. Simplification of global mobility data and payments is a critical step to eliminate operational time, external cost and make the assignee experience frictionless. This switches on actionable insight and strategic value. Mike’s mission is to bring this to life for all customers.

Before Global Expat Pay, Mike has accumulated over 30 years’ experience in the global mobility area as well as being an assignee himself under a variety of policies and locations. He has worked with many of the largest global mobility programmes across the automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, telecommunication and financial services sectors.

Andy is responsible for operational efficiency and continuous improvement at Global Expat Pay.  When we make service delivery commitments to customers, Andy makes sure they are met in full.

Andy is dedicated to optimising processes and technology integrations to provide customers with a clear, comprehensive but simple payroll solution.  He loves working with customers and partners to integrate best practices and preferences to bring meaningful structure to our service delivery models.

Andy joined Global Expat Pay in June 2023 with a rich and extensive Global Mobility experience of earned over more than 30 years in the sector.  Originally trained in expatriate tax in London and New York, Andy moved to Australia where he moved into an operational role to standardise processes to establish consistent and efficient delivery processes, including the use of smart technology, automation and offshoring.  He led the Continuous Improvement team in Asia Pacific to apply learnings from his success in Australia to other country practices in the region.  Recently returned to the UK with his family, he is excited about applying his knowledge back in the local market and helping to drive strategic customer solutions.

Mustafa is an advocate for digitally enabled solutions that optimize mobility operations with the broader outcome of allowing global mobility teams to focus on strategic value-add business engagement.

Before joining Global Expat Pay, Mustafa has managed Global Mobility in large software and engineering multinationals for over 20 years. He has first-hand experience of partnering with global leaders to deliver mobility solutions to meet business objectives. Mustafa has leveraged technology solutions to shape global mobility strategy and optimize operational processes. Mustafa also has deep experience in non-traditional mobility programs, especially the international deployment of project workers and related immigration and tax requirements.

He really gets a kick from applying his extensive technical skills to bring valued features and benefits to our customers. Steve is innovative at heart and is always looking ahead; he enjoys applying new tech and approaches to real customer problems in the Global Mobility area.

Steve is an experienced IT professional and had acquired a multifaceted set of skills across software development, system operations, and leadership over his career.

Fatih possesses a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and has extensive experience in team management using Agile methodology. He is a supportive and enthusiastic team player dedicated to streamlining processes and efficiently resolving project issues.

A strong engineering professional, Fatih holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering. He has a solid technical foundation to assist in making the best decisions for the project.

Before Global Expat Pay, Fay had just returned from a few years in the Middle East. Mobility is all Fay has ever known and she has helped various organisations ranging from first time mobility programme implementations, vendor selection, provider changes to experienced organisations wanting to challenge and transform their current models. Fay has experience in all aspects of mobility ranging from policy support, immigration, tax and of course her favourite payroll.
