Mike’s purpose in founding Global Expat Pay is to deliver an innovative and cost-effective way to simplify Global Mobility data and payments. This in turn digitises the whole Global Mobility operating model and eliminates the major causes of inefficiency and cost.

He is passionate about unlocking value for his customers and has brought together a team of people whose combined experience and skillset combines a deep knowledge of Global Mobility operations with how to apply leading edge technologies to transform the way mobility teams function. There has been lots of focus on the strategic reasons for Global Mobility programmes, but hardly any on how to enable the operations to in turn deliver these talent and strategic outcomes. Simplification of Global Mobility data and payments is a critical step to eliminate operational time, external cost and make the assignee experience frictionless. This switches on actionable insight and strategic value. Mike’s mission is to bring this to life for all customers.

Before Global Expat Pay, Mike has accumulated over 30 years’ experience in the Global Mobility area, as well as being an assignee himself under a variety of policies and locations. He has worked with many of the largest Global Mobility programmes across the automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, telecommunication and financial services sectors.

David is responsible for overseeing customer success and ensuring they get the most value from Global Expat Pay’s solution.

His emphasis is to bring in the voice of the customer and aligning the delivery of Global Expat Pay’s solution to remove complexity and operational barriers of Global Mobility programmes. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and believes simplification of Global Mobility data and payments is key to eliminating the large operational inefficiencies and duplication of mobility costs most organisations face. David’s key aim is to allow organisations to increase their focus on the human support and strategic alignment of the Global Mobility function.

Before Global Expat Pay, David has worked within Global Mobility for 15 years. Having lived and worked across the UK, Europe and the Middle East he combines his experience of holding multiple in-house mobility management roles, senior roles within a Big 4 service provider and that of being an assignee multiple times to provide a holistic perspective of the challenges faced within an increasingly globally mobile world. He has helped organisations across EMEIA within sectors such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive, oil and gas and professional services, across multiple areas of mobility, including assignment services, international tax and social security, global immigration, compensation services and mobility technology.

Kelly’s purpose is to deliver a world class digital mobility solution that delights and enables our customers to make great business decisions.

Kelly is responsible for development, operations and compliance of the Global Expat Pay digital solution; which empowers mobility functions to create actionable insight from data with a high degree of variety and variability.  Kelly’s focus is on implementing big data techniques that simplify complex data inputs, such that meaning becomes clear where it was previously hidden. By combining a curiosity for the latest technology developments and designing solutions that are secure, reliable, scalable and evolutionary she ensures customer value is delivered through an intuitive digital experience.  Kelly is supported by the development team to deliver a platform that is designed to support the problem solving and creativity of the entire team’s expertise, resulting in an experience that is truly innovative.

Kelly describes herself as having IT department in her head and Agile in her heart.  She has over 20 years of experience in hands-on, leadership and strategy roles in technology.  Her passion is technology that brings value to the people using it, delivered by inspiring the people building it.  She focuses on digital solutions that are secure and reliable which enable continual improvement through innovative thinking.  Kelly has experience leading development functions and transformation programmes in both multinational enterprises and start-up companies.

Nitin specialises in the onboarding and delivery of Global Expat Pay’s services to our customers. He is passionate about driving simplification of complex cross border business processes through the use of smart technologies. This allows our customers to focus on strategic priorities within the organisation and enable assignees to focus on driving business success.

Nitin has worked within multiple Big 4 organisations within Global Mobility for 10 years. He has extensive experience in helping global organisations across multiple areas of mobility such as tax, global compensation and data analytics. He also has in-house experience working in expat payroll for a large financial services organisation, which provides a perspective of how important assignee pay delivery is to the success of the firm. This experience provides Nitin with a clear understanding of clients’ needs to get the best out of the Global Expat Pay solution.

Marta leads Global Expat Pay’s diagnostic and onboarding delivery, driving the first glimpse of the value the solution can bring and providing a simple and seamless go-live experience to our customers.

She is passionate about identifying opportunities within our customers’ Global Mobility programme that bring added value to their business and align with their purpose and wider business strategy.  She is responsible for managing customers’ relationship and ensuring that their Global Expat Pay operational experience is optimised to accelerate the delivery of identified value to their business.

Marta brings 10 years of Global Mobility, tax compliance and global compensation and payroll management experience. Having moved from Portugal to the UK in 2013 and travelled extensively across the globe in her various roles, she contributes with a wealth of international experience in helping global organisations manage risk, compliance, planning and the administration of their Global Mobility programme.

As Product Manager, Steve owns the strategy behind the products continuous development by aligning customer needs and business partners product requirements.

His thirst for knowledge on the future of technology allows him to drive forward-thinking development of the Global Expat Pay product. He really gets a kick from applying his extensive technical skills and uses his natural collaborative nature to oversee the development and delivery of Global Expat Pay’s product suite, bringing the features and benefits to our customers. Steve is innovative at heart and is always looking ahead; he enjoys applying new tech and approaches to real customer problems in the Global Mobility area.

Steve has worked in IT for 15 years across many different roles, including: software development, application support, service delivery, solution architecture, project management and most recently, product management. He has shown he knows what it takes to make a successful technology team, project or product.

Brad Fenn

Brad’s purpose is to support our customers to understand their current business challenges, diagnose the root cause of specific pain points and apply Global Expat Pay’s capabilities to streamline their business processes.

Brad’s passion is to bring simplification to the customer’s end-to-end business processes and to continually improve their mobility operations, implementing recommendations for enhancement into the customer operational model. He is also responsible for supporting the ongoing monthly operations, continuing to ensure that creative solutions are being utilised to increase assignment process efficiencies.

Brad is an experienced Business Analyst who, prior to Global Expat Pay, has contributed to the implementation of technology services in the Global Mobility space for large mobility programmes. He has a background in mathematics, using an analytical approach to leverage the value of data and empower Global Mobility teams to attain insights that can drive a more positive assignee experience.

As Onboarding Project Manager, Becky’s purpose is to bring simplicity, accuracy, security and strong organisation to the onboarding of our services and our customer projects.

Becky’s collaborative and enquiring nature will seamlessly integrate all aspects of our own and our partners’ services into your mobility programme, in an efficient and inclusive way. Her eye for detail, ability to multi-task and desire for fabulous client service means that our customers are in exceptionally safe hands.

Becky has spent her entire career spanning more than 27 years working in mobility, including 9 years as a mobility partner at a Big 4 firm. During that time, she served as Global Transition Lead for Mobility working with clients from all industries in implementing a range of mobility services, working alongside different programme stakeholders and mobility vendors.  She combines this breadth of experience, her insight of how mobility vendors operate and the challenges of today’s mobility programmes with her desire to simplify and enhance her client’s user experience.

Olivia is responsible for Marketing across the business, from inception to implementation, ensuring that Global Expat Pay’s brand and reputation remains as strong as its solution.

Olivia’s relentless pursuit of success will ensure our strategic partners and customers are able to communicate and deliver the Global Expat Pay solution to all who will benefit from it. Her commitment, passion and keen eye for detail, combined with her experience of innovating within the Payments and FinTech space, will add incremental value to the Global Expat Pay network.

Before joining Global Expat Pay, Olivia specialised in European FinTech and Payments. Olivia oversaw the Marketing Department of a leading pan-European card payments business, helping optimise the success of its partners and its launch internationally. Following this, she moved to a financial services utility provider to help scale up their marketing function and sales enablement globally. Olivia combines this experience with her desire to push boundaries and disrupt the market – always questioning how we can be better.

Petra Darnyi

As Finance Administrator, Petra assists with various financial-related tasks for Global Expat Pay allowing the team to focus on our customers.

Petra’s responsibilities include preparing management accounts, VAT returns and various financial report for the directors. She also oversees the day-to-day office and administrative functions of the business as well as helping with any human resources related issues.

Petra graduated with honours in Hungary in 2017 and moved to the UK shortly after to further her education. She is currently studying towards her AAT qualification and is planning to complete her ACCA qualification.  Petra’s curious nature motivates her to broaden her knowledge in the finance area which aligns with Global Expat Pay’s cultural pillars.

Geoff’s role within Global Expat Pay is to oversee the smooth running of the finance function from an internal financial reporting aspect, in addition to ensuring compliance with all external statutory reporting requirements.

This involves implementing appropriate financial control processes and regular reporting to the board and shareholders.  Within finance Geoff is responsible for the overall financial strategy, treasury, shareholder relations, tax, cashflow and budgetary management in order to pursue our growth strategy and meet client and investor expectations.

Geoff is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant with over 30 years senior level experience in finance across industry and practice.  Prior to joining Global Expat Pay he has worked internationally for major multinational companies holding various senior finance roles involving managing large finance teams.  Geoff has experience in various sectors including financial services, FMCG and retail.
